These terms govern your use of the Growing Garden website and parent portal. By using them, you agree to these terms. The care your child receives is governed separately by the enrollment agreement you sign.
Using our website & portal
You may use this site and the parent portal for their intended purpose: learning about our program, requesting a tour, and (for enrolled families) managing your account, messages, and payments. Please keep your login details private and let us know of any unauthorized use.
Accounts
Parent portal accounts are created by Growing Garden for enrolled families. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your contact information current.
Tuition & payments
Tuition, fees, and schedules are described on our Tuition page and in your enrollment agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you set up automatic monthly payment (ACH), you authorize us to charge your bank account for tuition until you cancel.
If a payment is returned by your bank, we'll let you know so you can retry it. Details such as the registration fee and late-pickup fee are set out in your enrollment agreement.
Enrollment agreement governs care
Nothing on this website is a contract for childcare. The specific terms of enrollment, tuition, withdrawal, and program policies are set out in the enrollment agreement you sign with Growing Garden, which controls if there is any conflict with this page.
Content
The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Growing Garden and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of children are shared with family permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Growing Garden is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
